NOTE: Equipment added with a Windows Mobile handheld can no longer be downloaded to a Palm OS handheld.  If you are using both types of handhelds you will need to switch entirely to Windows Mobile units before installing any updates.

Instructions:

  1. You must have an active software and support subscription to install this update.
  2. Download the file SETUP.EXE by clicking the link above.
  3. Select the "Run" option to start the installation process.
  4. Follow the instructions of the installation program.
  5. Enter a valid install serial number when prompted by the installation program.  Request an install serial number by logging a service request.
