Restoring a work order back to a Windows handheld device
1.
Open the
Inquest Remote Server
2.
From the
“Handhelds” menu select “Technicians”
3.
Edit the
technician used for the inspection
4.
Highlight
the company name
5.
Click the
“Restore” button
6.
Select the
date and time when the work order was synchronized
7.
Place a
check in the checkbox for the work order to restore
8.
Click OK to
close the restore dialog
9.
Click OK to
close the technician information
10.
Close the
list of technician names
11.
Synchronize
the handheld to complete the restore
Note:
·
A restore
can only be done from 1 synchronization backup at a time (i.e. a specific date
and time selected)
·
After the
restore, only the work orders requested in the restore process will be on the
handheld device
